Vivek Agnihotri announces next film inspired by Mahabharata; 'Parva' to be made in 3 parts

Vivek Agnihotri announced that his upcoming movie will be made in three parts that will be inspired by 'Masterpiece of Masterpieces' Mahabharata.

National-award-winning filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri on Saturday announced his next project i.e. upcoming films on his official X handle.  Talking for his X handle, formerly known as Twitter, Vivek Agnihotri announced that his upcoming movie will be made in three parts that will be inspired by 'Masterpiece of Masterpieces' Mahabharata.

As per reports, Prava will be a three-part franchise. Apart from the X handle, the announcement was done in an event in the presence of producer and actress Pallavi Joshi, co-writer Prakash Belawadi, and the author of the original novel 'Parva,’ S. L. Bhyrappa'.

 

It is pertinent to mention here that Vivek Agnihotri's latest movie The Vaccine War received good reviews from critics, however, the movie could not do a massive earning at the box office. Apart from this, Agnihotri recently accepted the National Award for his film The Kashmir Files on Tuesday, October 17, in Delhi. The 69th National Film Awards ceremony took place in the national capital and the filmmaker walked to the stage to accept the prestigious award. The Kashmir Files won the National Award in the Nargis Dutt Award for Best Feature Film On National Integration category.
