CEO of Bada Business & Youtuber Dr. Vivek Bindra has been embroiled in a plethora of controversies in recent days. However, Vivek Bindra is now facing legal charges by none other than his wife Yanika whom he married just 8 days before. An FIR has been filed against Dr. Vivek Bindra for allegedly assaulting his wife Yanika just a day after his marriage. Dr. Vivelk Bindra got married to Yanika on December 6, 2023, and just 8 days later, an FIR of domestic violence was filed against him alleging that he brutally assaulted his wife. Now, Vivek Bindra and his wife's video has been doing rounds on social media as well.
In the viral Vivek Bindra wife fight video, the motivational speaker was seen arguing with Yanika on the streets of Noida. While Vivek was seen trying to persuade Yanika to come inside the home, his wife was seen in panic and distress. A person nearby shot the entire video and later it was shared on social media. In Vivek Bindra wife video, the YouTuber was also heard saying that everyone is watching and she should come inside.
Coming back to Vivek Bindra FIR, the case was filed by Yanika’s brother Vaibhav on 14 December at the Noida Sector 126 police station. The motivational speaker has been booked under various sections of the IPC including 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (Intentional insult), 427 (Mischief causing damage) and 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt).
Going by the FIR, Vaibhav has alleged that Vivek Bindra locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses and physically assaulted her severely, resulting in injuries all over her body. The incident took place at around 2.30-3.00 AM on 7th December, the day after the day of the wedding.
Vaibhav in his FIR has alleged that the fight took place when Yanika tried to intervene in the argument between Bindra and his mother Prabha. After Yanika tried to resolve the matter, Bindra allegedly dragged her into a room, locked her in, and assaulted her causing severe injuries.
Notably, the FIR further alleged that Yanika is having hearing problems ever since she has assaulted by Vivek Bindra. Yanika has injuries all over the body, and her hairs were pulled out. She is currently admitted to Delhi’s Kailash Deepak Hospital for medical treatment.
Notably, a video of Yanika is also going viral on social media in which she showcased her bruises in a video.
It is pertinent to mention here that in recent days, Vivek Bindra has been at loggerheads with YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari ever since he called his business a big scam. Also, he appealed to the youths of India who have become victims of the Bada Business scam to approach the Police. However, Bindra has hit back to Maheshwari denying any kind of scam involved in Bada Business.
