Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone arrived in style at the Oscars 2023 event. Deepika attended the 95th Academy Awards as an announcer. Although first it was reported that Deepika will be announcing winners of best-animated film along with Hollywood actor Dwyane The Rock Johnson, however, she did not feature in that which sent fans into curiosity about the actress. However, Deepika took the stage by storm when she arrived to announce 'Naatu Naatu' live performance and called the song a 'banger' which erupted the audience sitting in the theatre.

Donning a beautiful black gown, Deepika Padukone arrived at the stage and said, "An irresistibly catchy chorus, electrifying beats, and killer dance move to match have made this song a global sensation. It plays during a pivotal scene in RRR, a movie about the real-life friendship between Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem...It is also a total banger." Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava performed RRR song Naatu Naatu with a group of background dancers and set the stage on fire.
