Watch Viral Video: Under construction ‘Dream home’ of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt got hit by Cyclone Tauktae

After Cyclone Tauktae went through Mumbai, actor Ranbir Kapoor's new work-in-progress home, where he has been photographed a few times with girlfriend Alia Bhatt and mother Neetu Kapoor, had a deserted look.

Cyclone Tauktae made landfall in Mumbai on Monday, causing widespread damage. Several trees were uprooted and many places were rendered powerless due to severe gusts and intense rain showers. The paparazzi captured a video of sights outside Ranbir Kapoor's under construction family home, Krishna Raj, on Tuesday, as everyone took stock of the situation. The photos showed how the roadway appeared desolate after Cyclone Tauktae moved through Mumbai, owing to uprooted trees.



We can see enormous trees that have fallen in front of the entry point of Ranbir's new family house in the video. The road in front of the Brahmastra actor's under-construction house appeared to be obstructed as well. 

The paparazzi had previously photographed Ranbir, his mother Neetu Kapoor, and his girlfriend Alia Bhatt at his under-construction home. Cyclone Tauktae caused havoc on the city, uprooting trees and scattering broken branches on the road outside Ranbir's house. In the meantime, Ranbir is staying in his flat due to the COVID 19 pandemic. On the professional front, the actor has a number of projects in the works, including Brahmastra, Animal, and Luv Ranjan's untitled film.

Apart from that, Cyclone Tauktae wreaked havoc on Amitabh Bachchan's Janak office. On his blog, the senior superstar detailed the damage. Big B described how the powerful winds damaged his property by causing leaks, tree damage, floods inside the building, and much more. Mr. Bachchan also mentioned how he was using plastic covers to prepare his office for the rains. However, Cyclone Tauktae ripped those sheets apart as well. 

After passing past Mumbai on Monday, cyclone Tauktae made its way to Gujarat. It is being described as the "worst cyclone" to hit the city in more than four decades. There have also been reports of people being injured, as well as trees being uprooted across the city.
