Rahul Gandhi continued his attack on NDA and PM Narendra Modi saying that NDA government is only catering the rich section without actually taking care of the needs of the poor.
"Modi gives maximum income guarantee to the rick, we give minimum income guarantee to the poor," Gandhi said in a public rally being conducted in Kochi, Kerala. He has earlier promised a universal basic income for the poor if the Congress party gets elected in the 2019 elections.
Rahul Gandhi also met Goa CM Manohar Parrikar earlier in the day as he has been unwell from past several months.
