Coronavirus pandemic has forced the world to shut down schools, airports and non-essential businesses around the world. And amidst the shutdown, many products are missing from stores. It reveals how the world is coping with coronavirus lockdown. For example, the demand for toilet paper in the United States,  in Mexico it's beer and in France, predictably, flour.

List of products high demand in various countries, due to COVID-19 pandemic:



Salted sunflower seeds and broad beans, items which are in high demand in Iraq as a result of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus, in Baghdad. 



Ground coffee has been in high demand in the Gulf Emirate of Dubai, as a result of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus.

Cans of beer are in high demand in Mexico. When Mexico went into lockdown, the two national beer giants Heineken and Grupo Modelo - which makes the country's beloved and now unfortunately-named Corona brand – announced they would stop producing. That prompted a wave of panic purchases and a defiant Twitter campaign: #ConLaCervezaNo, or "Don't mess with the beer."
