Sachin Shroff was earlier married to famous TV actress Juhi Parmar. They got married in the year 2009 in Jaipur. They both have a daughter Samaira who currently lives with her mother. The couple decided to part ways in 2018.

During their marriage reception, while introducing Chandni to the media, Sachin stated that she is a very good friend of her sister. Chandni Kothi is an event organizer as well as an interior designer. Talking about the secrecy he maintained about the relationship, Sachin said that he never felt the need to disclose his personal life in front of the world. He added that now that it’s finally permanent, he feels glad to open up about their love story. He stated they have known each other for quite some time and then realised that something between them was more than just being friends.
