In the latest development, a case has been registered against Rakhi Sawant’s husband Adil Durrani for allegedly raping an Iranian woman. An FIR has been lodged against Adil Durrani in the Mysuru Police station.
For the unversed although police have not revealed her name yet, they stated that she herself got the complaint registered against Adil Durrani. The Iranian woman is aged between 28-30 years and came to India for further studies. She in the year 2018 came to India to pursue pharmacy course from Mysuru. She met Adil also in the year 2018 and soon they became really good friends. As per her statement, at that time Adil Durrani was running a restaurant in VV Puram.
Later, they both started living together in an apartment in Yadavagiri for three years. Post this when the woman asked him to get married, he threatened her and also physically assaulted her. Iranian woman also alleged that Rakhi Sawant’s husband Adil Durrani also threatened her to make some private pictures of her viral.
ACP Ashwath Narayan, in-charge of the case stated, “The Iran national visited the police station on 10 February and filed a complaint against Adil khan. We have registered a case under IPC 376 (rape), 417 (punish for cheating), 420 (cheating), 504 (insulting intentionally), 506 (threatening with life).”
Adil Durrani was recently detained by Mumbai Police based on the complaint filed by Rakhi Sawant. The actress accused him of assault, taking away money and jewellery from her flat without her knowledge and performing unnatural sex, among other charges. Rakhi Sawant further alleged that she gave ₹10 lakh to Adil before going for the Bigg Boss Show.
