After enjoying a historic win in the Punjab Assembly elections 2022, Aam Aadmi Party is aspiring to establish a foothold in National Politics. The Party is currently ruling in Punjab and the National Capital Delhi. On Tuesday, during the Swearing-in ceremony of Bhagwant Mann as the new CM of Punjab, Arwind Kejriwal made it clear that they are not going to make BJP opponents crutches to compete in the 2024 elections.

Bhagwant Mann took oath as the CM of Punjab on Tuesday at Khatkar Kalan, the ancestral village of Freedom Fighter Bhagat Singh. During the ceremony, no anti-BJP leader was invited there. Before Punjab’s Assembly Elections, the farmers' organizations had expressed their desire to have an alliance with Aam Aami Party, but Arwind Kejriwal refused. However, it was then said that Kejriwal would suffer because the Farmers' leaders would spoil the votes of the Aam Aadmi Party.

But nothing like this happened. The party won the elections with a majority. Aam Aadmi Party contested alone without any alliance and gain victory. Arwind Kejriwal is making the anger of a common man its political weapon. The people of Punjab were against the traditional parties in Punjab and Arwind Kejriwal started a wave of change. He is now given a chance by the people of Punjab.

It is the ambition of every AAP worker to become a national party. The party is working toward it step by step. Aam Aadmi Party wants to become the alternate of Congress Party in the country. Arwind Kejriwal had already contested in the Lok Sabha election of 2014 against Narendra Modi from Banaras Seat but he lost it.
