Snatching cases are on the rise and miscreants are on theprowl.
In a snatching incident reported from Adarsh Nagar ofDelhi that has been recorded in a CCTV camera, a man in a bid to snatch somethingfrom a women with a child in her lap, attacked her with knife.
The women got injured during a fight with the snatcher. Shewas attacked with a knife twice on her neck, according to sources. She waslater on admitted in a hospital where she died.
Reportedly, such cases raise a question mark on thecapacity of police to nip such cases. There is no let up in crime rate inDelhi.
