A shocking video has surfaced from Amritsar which shows that the problem of drug addiction in Punjab will not get uprooted anytime soon. The video that is going viral is from area near Golden Temple where a girl of around 18-20 years was allegedly found under the influence of drugs.
Reportedly, the girl was sitting in an intoxicated state and one of the people passing by shot a video of her pointing out on the condition of youths in Amritsar. As soon as the girl got to know that she was being shot, she got up and left from the scene.
On 27th October 202, an incident was reported from Amritsar’s Mohkampura in which a driver of an E-rickshaw was found under the influence of drugs. His condition was so bad that he fell unconscious on the handle of his rickshaw.
The government and police administration are trying their best to tackle the problem of drug addiction penetrating in Amritsar, but even after conducting continuous search operations, videos of youngsters under the influence of intoxicants keep coming forward.
