The situation of law and order is getting worse day by day in Punjab. A shocking incident from Punjab’s Taran Taran has come to light in which a youth was brutally killed for a transaction of Rs 50.
The family has blamed a young man from the village. Police are currently investigating the cause of the murder. They will take action against the accused only after investigation. For now, they have taken the body under their custody.
According to sources, the incident took place at Kalsian village on the Khemkaran border. The deceased has been identified as Gursewak Singh. The family members told the police that they had to take Rs 50 from a young man from the village. When Gursewak went to the accused to collect the money, both of them indulged in a fight. The accused then slapped him on his face. He kept on beating him until he died.
Police have started an investigation by taking possession of the body. The body has been kept in the mortuary. Police have taken Kuldeep Singh into custody. DSP Taran Taran Tarsem Singh informed that the youth died around 2 o'clock in the night.
