Supermodel Gigi Hadid and former One Direction member Zayn Malik welcomed a baby girl, Malik said Wednesday. It was the first child together for Hadid, 25, and Malik, 27, People reported.
“Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful,” Malik wrote on Twitter.
“To try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task,” Malik wrote. “The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together.”

Hadid and Malik awaited the birth of their child in New York City in the new mom’s Manhattan apartment, an eminent news channel reported. The couple have been together intermittently since 2015 and confirmed Hadid’s pregnancy earlier this year, according to the reports.

Hadid shared the news of her pregnancy publicly during a virtual appearance in April on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

It was just a few weeks ago the supermodel showed off her growing baby bump. She looked pretty damn angelic and glamorous. In one of her pics, she simply captioned it, "Growing an angel :)"

She also posted a series of photos with the date July 26 ... probably the date she shot those pics. In another post, she cradled her belly and said, "Cherishing this time.
