As summer slowly comes to an end in many parts of India OTT platforms are ready with a fresh lineup of movies and web series in June 2026, from action thrillers and family dramas to comedy and suspense stories viewers can expect entertainment across different genres and languages from comfort of their homes.
Big stars like Ranveer Singh, Madhuri Dixit, Mohanlal, Mammootty, Akshay Kumar, Karisma Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh will be seen in some of the most talked about OTT releases this month and here’s a look at the major releases arriving in June 2026.
One of the biggest releases of the month is Dhurandhar The Revenge starring Ranveer Singh and the film continues story of undercover Indian intelligence agent Jaskirat Singh Rangi also known as Hamza and after the death of Rehman Dakait, Hamza continues his dangerous mission inside Karachi’s criminal and political network. The story also focuses on his mission linked to the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks and the larger threats he faces during the operation.
The film features a strong cast including Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Gaurav Gera, Danish Pandor and Manav Gohil.

Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri come together in dark comedy drama Maa Behen and the story revolves around a troubled small town family whose life changes after they discover a dead body inside their kitchen and interestingly the family did not commit the murder but they still get trapped in panic and confusion while trying to hide the situation.
The film also stars Dharna Durga and Ravi Kishan in important roles.

The story highlights the struggles, business challenges and personal sacrifices involved in building one of India’s most successful brands.

TVF’s popular family comedy drama Gullak is returning with its fifth season and the series once again follows Mishra family as they deal with everyday problems, work pressure, parenting struggles and funny family moments and known for its simple storytelling and relatable middle class family emotions the show has built a loyal fan base over the years.
The cast includes Jameel Khan, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Vaibhav Raj Gupta, Harsh Mayar, Shivankit Singh Parihar and Sunita Rajwar.

Karisma Kapoor will be seen in the crime thriller Brown and according to official synopsis the story is set in Kolkata and follows a disgraced police officer and her junior as they search for a serial killer targeting women and at the same time the lead character also struggles with her painful past and emotional guilt.
The cast includes Surya Sharma, Jisshu U Sengupta, Soni Razdan, Helen Khan, Paresh Pahuja, Ajinkya Deo and Aryann Bhowmik.

Malayalam cinema legends Mammootty and Mohanlal come together in Patriot which is a political thriller with a technology angle and the film follows a retired intelligence advisor who discovers that a powerful surveillance system called “Periscope” is secretly being misused by corrupt politicians and tech businessmen to track civilians and gain political advantage.
The film also stars Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Nayanthara and Revathy.

Akshay Kumar returns with a horror comedy film titled Bhooth Bangla and the story follows Arjun Acharya who returns from London to his ancestral palace in Mangalpur for his sister’s wedding however strange paranormal incidents and local ghost stories soon create fear and confusion around the palace and moving on as the mystery deepens hidden truths connected to the palace’s old legend begin to come out.
The film features Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jisshu Sengupta, Manoj Joshi, Mithila Palkar, Asrani Ji and Rajesh Sharma.
