Netflix's famous cult-classic Wednesday Season 2 Part 1 was released online on August 6, 2025. Although Season 2 has not much attained virality as compared to its season 1, cult fans continued to watch the Adams family-drama.
Now, Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 is all set to be released on Netflix. Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 will be released on Netflix on September 3. Notably, reports suggest that Netflix has announced that Wednesday Season 3 will also be released on their platform.
The Netflix show follows teen Wednesday Addams, played by Jenna Ortega, as she studies at a boarding school called Nevermore Academy.
2) Maalik
After a moderate performance at the box office, Maalik will be released on Amazon Prime Video on September 5, 2025. Directed by Pulkit, Maalik is an action thriller that is set in the 1980s in Allahabad, UP.
The movie features Rajkummar Rao as Maalik, Prosenjit Chatterjee as a Police Officer, Manushi Chhillar as Vidya (Maalik’s wife), Saurabh Shukla as Minister Shankar Singh, Medha Shankr as Komal, Swanand Kirkire, Anshuman Pushkar, Huma Qureshi as Mallika (cameo appearance).
3) Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan
Shanaya Kapoor's debut movie Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan did not do well at the box office. However, the movie is now banking big on its OTT Release. Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan narrates the story of disabled musician Jahaan and Saaba, theatre actor and actress wannabe. They establish an emotional bond when two of them meet in a train in the Himalayas.
The film, created under the label of Mini Films, investigates the theme of the romantic connection that is established through the voice and touch.
It will be released on Zee5 on September 5.
4) Inspector Zende
Directed by Chinmay Mandlekar, Inspector Zende revolves around a team of Mumbai Police and how they nabbed the notorious 'Bikini Killer' Charles Sobhraj. However, the trailer showcases fictional name of Charles Sobhraj i.e. Carles Bhojraj. It will be released on Netflix on September 5, 2025.
Manoj Bajpayee plays the character of Mumbai Police officer Madhukar Baburao Zende.
