Punjab Government on Friday announced a major rejig in the Police Administration. Department of Home Affairs under Government of Punjab issued an order that contained transfer orders of 18 Punjab Police officers including IPS, PPS and DR.
According to latest order, IPS officer Surinderjit Singh Mand is now posted as Services placed at the disposal of Prisons Department for posting as DIG Prisons, IPS officer Kanwaldeep Singh is now posted as AIG Crime, BoI, Punjab, Chandigarh, etc.
