In a major development, a woman caretaker has made serious allegations an influential family of Jalandhar. She hails from Kolkata was working as a caretaker of children for a family in Jalandhar.
As per information received , she got the work from Somnath Company. She came to Jalandhar via Delhi on the ticket that was booked by the wife of the owner. Priya revealed that she had been taking care of their children for one week.
The caretaker has alleged that the father of the children i.e. the head of the house of having bad attentions towards her. She further alleged that the he entered her room at 1 to 2 am in the night.
The woman has alleged that when she protested against not staying at home and asked for her money from the owner, he beat her up after giving the money.
The woman alleged that late-night alcohol parties were a regular occurrence at the house, with staff members engaging in 'obscene activities.'
She claimed to have shown videos on her phone depicting male and female staff members behaving inappropriately. When she complained to the house owner’s wife, she was allegedly told, "This is how things are here, what’s your problem?"
The woman said that she does not know the name of the owner of the house. During this, the woman also showed the phone number of the owner of the said house.
The woman said that she will complain about the incident to the police. The woman also showed the house of the said influential person, where police personnel were present at the spot of the incident. At the same time, no statement of the influential person has come out regarding this incident.
