What does the notice say?

According to the legal notice, Majithia published the post on his verified X account on October 26, 2026 and the post allegedly linked Ghuman to a drug-related network and raised questions about his connection with de-addiction centres in Punjab.

Illegal manufacture & distribution

The notice also refers to allegations involving the Suman Arbour Group, the alleged illegal manufacture and distribution of BNX tablets, hawala transactions, tax evasion and the exploitation of patients seeking treatment at rehabilitation facilities.
