Delhi Cabinet along with CM Rekha Gupta pays reverence at Sri Harmandir Sahib, perform Sewa as well

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta along with other Cabinet Ministers on Monday visited Sri Harmandir Sahib in Amritsar. After Sri Harmandir Sahib, CM Rekha Gupta is expected to visit Sri Durgiana Temple, and Sri Valmiki Tirath aka Ram Tirath.

Rekha Gupta was accompanied by Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Delhi's Environment Minister, Kapil Mishra, Cabinet Minister in Rekha Gupta's government, Parvesh Sahib Singh, Ashish Sood, and Ravinder Indraj Singh.

Apart from seeking blessing at Sri Harmandir Sahib, Rekha Gupta and other elhi Cabinet leaders performed Sewa as well.

After paying reverence at Sri Harmandir Sahib, Delhi CM interacted with the media and said, "(Translated version) The grand event held at the Red Fort to mark the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji is a beautiful result of Waheguru Ji’s infinite grace and the divine blessings of Guru Sahib."

She further stated that after the completion of martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji that was also held at Red Fort, she visited Sri Harmandir Sahib to express her gratitude. She recalled that during the blast incident in Delhi, the atmosphere was filled with fear, and she had prayed before Guru Sahib for the smooth and peaceful conduct of the historic event.

She added that with the grace of Guru Sahib, the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji were conducted in a peaceful and dignified manner, and devotees received abundant blessings. She further mentioned that with the support of the Delhi Committee, several books based on the lives and teachings of the Guru Sahiban were published to help children stay connected with their heritage and history.
