

Recently, Punjabi singer Davinder Jeet got targeted by some unknown assailants in Canada. As per information some attackers had demanded a ransom of $500,000 (approximately Rs 4 crore) from him before the firing incident. Allegedly, the assailants fired seven shots at his house.
Now, after this incident the singer has come forward and made an emotional appeal to the one who fired at his house. Expressing himself he states that he does not have money and claims to be working odd jobs abroad. He says he does not have any big business. Talking further he says that whatever damage has been done is bygone now but he does not have any money he asserts.
He also made an appeal to the entire community to collectively request the young men to resolve things peacefully. Davinder Jeet says that these people are also children and allegedly trapped in a flawed system. He says that everyone collectively must appeal to them to not to do this to their own community.
Earlier, Davinder Jeet had alleged that he had received a ransom call from someone who identified themselves as Anda Batala. Fortunately, the singer and his family were not present at the home when the incident took place hence no loss of life was reported.
