After reports of online booking halt, long queues were seen outside Kohli Gas Agency in Jalandhar as people came to collect LPG cylinders. People standing in there share that they were not able to book LPG online due to server problems.
A person mentions that he has been trying to book LPG online for the past 26 days and his domestic gas booking is still pending. Another person said that she came to Kohli Gas Agency to book LPG, but she was advised to book through the Indian Oil One app, however, the server was down on the app too.
Despite all the claims of shortage, Kohli Gas Agency owner D.S. Kohli said that domestic LPG supply is normal. People are receiving LPG within two to three days. However, there is a problem with commercial gas supply. He adds that the agency has started manual booking to help consumers who are facing problems with online booking.
