A major fire broke out at Hungry Point Restaurant, located near Jhandiya Wale Peer, on Wednesday, triggering panic in the area. Within minutes, the flames engulfed the entire restaurant, destroying furniture, electronic equipment and other valuables. According to owner’s mother, the fire was reported to them by workers inside the restaurant and people of the local market. However, it was too late for them to arrive and get things under control. Each and every item in the restraint caught fire and turned into ashes

It was told that around 2 fire trucks have been utilised in controlling the fire and no furniture was saved in the fire. Everything turned into ashes. He also informed the media that no fire safety systems were installed in the restraint. The cylinders in the restaurant were however safely taken out.
