September 4: Janmashtami Holiday
The first major bank holiday in Punjab during September will be September 4, Friday, on the occasion of Janmashtami.

Second Saturday and Sundays
Banks will remain closed on September 12, which falls on the second Saturday of the month.
The following day, September 13, will also be a regular Sunday holiday.
