Punjab Flood: Katra-Amritsar Vande Bharat, Delhi-Jammu Rajdhani & over 40 trains to be cancelled on August 31

Floods in Punjab have disrupted road as well as train connectivity with its nearby states/union territory. The connection between Punjab with Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir has been severely impacted. Now, the Indian Railways on Saturday shared a detailed list of trains that will be cancelled on August 31 i.e. on Sunday and trains that will be 'shortly terminated' before their actual destinations.

Indian Railways in its official release has stated that the disruption in train services is due to 'traffic suspended in KTHU-MDPB DN line due to misalignment on BR 17-following train cancelled/short terminate/originate'.
