In a major development, Punjab PCS officer named Gurivinder Singh Johal was suspended on Thursday night. Punjab Government issued an order announcing the suspension of PCS officer Gurivinder Singh Johal.
Gurivinder Singh Johal was posted as RTO in Rupnagar. The official suspension order states that Gurivinder Singh Johal will remain entitled to subsistence allowance.
During the suspension period, the headquarters of the officer shall remain at Chandigarh, and he shall not leave his headquarters without prior approval of the competent authority.
