Aam Aadmi Party Jalandhar Central Halka In-charge Nitin Kohli informed that the concerns troubling the residents of Ambedkar Nagar Colony regarding their houses have now received a positive assurance.
Nitin Kohli said that discussions were held in this regard with the Hon’ble Power Minister of the Punjab Government, during which the minister clearly assured that no resident of Ambedkar Nagar Colony will have their house demolished. This assurance has brought significant relief to the colony residents.
Nitin Kohli stated that the Aam Aadmi Party government stands firmly with the poor, labourers, and the middle class. The party’s clear message is that no injustice will be allowed against any citizen, and the government is working with sensitivity on issues related to public interest.
He further said that the problems of the colony residents have been strongly presented before the government, and concrete steps will also be taken in the coming time towards a permanent solution.
At the end, Nitin Kohli appealed to all residents of Ambedkar Nagar Colony not to pay attention to rumours and to contact public representatives directly for any issue.
