Punjab Weather Today is all set to witness cold wave in multiple districts. In the past two days, multiple districts of Punjab have witnessed shivering nights and warm afternoon. However, Punjab Weather is all set to change and the India Meteorological Department of Chandigarh unit has put multiple districts on yellow alert for cold wave.

As per IMD Chandigarh's weather warning published on November 27, multiple districts of Punjab are on two days of yellow alert.
On November 27- Jalandhar, Moga, Faridkot, Bathinda, Muktasar, and Fazilka
On November 28 (today)- Jalandhar, Moga, Faridkot, Bathinda, Muktasar, and Fazilka.
There are no alert for November 29, November 30 and December 1.
As per IMD, Fardikot district in Punjab continues to remain coldest in the state. On November 27, Faridkot recorded lowest temperature of 3.5°C. It was the lowest in Punjab on November 27.

Ludhiana- 6.6°C
Patiala- 7.4°C
Pathankot- 7°C
Bathinda- 5.6°C
Gurdaspur- 7°C
SBS Nagar- 8.9°C
As compared to November 26, IMD suggests that fall of -0.1°C in average minimum temperature has been witnessed. However, it is near normal in the state. The lowest minimum temperature in the state is 3.5 °C recorded at FARIDKOT(AMFU).
