A political controversy has started after statements made by AAP leader Anurag Dhanda regarding the recent ED raid on Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Mittal and Dhanda said that according to many journalists their sources have confirmed a recent meeting between Raghav Chadha and top leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). According to these source-based claims the ED raid on Ashok Mittal was allegedly decided during that meeting and later carried out.
He also raised concern that such information is not being shown by many media channels and questioned why source-based news related to international matters is often reported but similar claims within the country are not being widely covered especially when it involves the BJP.
Dhanda further questioned whether Raghav Chadha could be linked to the ED action against Ashok Mittal based on what he described as inputs from journalists however it is important to note that there is no official confirmation of these claims.
