Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira’s trouble has increased as CM Mann’s OSD Rajbir Singh has filed a defamation case against Khaira in the court.
According to the case filed by Rajbir Singh, Khaira has shared false and baseless allegations against him. The court has banned Khaira from making any statement in this matter, and as per a restraining order, the notice was issued to Sukhpal Khaira.
As per the preliminary information, Sukhpal Khaira has been ordered to appear in court on August 11, 2025.
The previous information has revealed that Sukhpal Singh Khaira is an MLA from Bholanath constituency.
The notice demands that Khaira apologise in writing within 72 hours. As per information received, Khaira had made baseless allegations against Rajbir Singh.
If Sukhpal Khaira does not apologize by Monday, legal action is supposed to be taken against him, suggests Rajbir Singh's defamation notice.
