A special and important meeting was organized by the Punjab Trade Wing in Jalandhar, where various problems faced by traders and their solutions were discussed in detail. Numerous representatives from the business community participated and openly raised their issues.

Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Jalandhar Central constituency in-charge, Nitin Kohli, specially attended the meeting and addressed the traders. District President Indervansh Chadha, State Member Ricky Manocha, Jalandhar Mayor Vineet Dhir, and Rajwinder Thaira, along with several prominent officials and traders, were present at the meeting.

Administration representatives included DETC Dalbir Raj Kaur, Additional Deputy Commissioner Amninder Kaur Brar, Sukhwinder Singh, and SP Headquarters were also present. Officials listened to the traders' concerns seriously and assured them of necessary action.

In his address, Nitin Kohli stated that the business community is the backbone of any city and state's economy. He clarified that the government and the party are fully committed to the rights, facilities, and security of traders. He stated that strengthening trade and industry is the foundation of the state's prosperity and job creation.

During the meeting, traders primarily raised licensing issues, tax-related issues, lack of infrastructure, and local administrative problems. Nitin Kohli listened carefully to each concern and assured them that all these issues would be addressed with the relevant departments and ensure prompt and effective resolution.

He emphasized that simply reporting problems is not enough; consistent follow-up is also essential for their resolution. He urged traders to maintain regular contact with the relevant departments and their regional representatives to ensure timely resolution of problems.

Finally, he assured that the Punjab Trade Wing and the party will always stand with the traders and will continue to strive tirelessly to fulfill all their legitimate demands. He said that only collective efforts to protect trader interests and develop the industry as a whole will take Punjab to new heights.
