Cold wave in Punjab likely to rebound

IMD Chandigarh on January 19 issued its latest prediction and put most of the districts of Punjab on two days of thunderstorm and lightning alert. Not only this, but IMD has predicted that in the affected districts gusty wind of 30-40 KMPH will also blow.

According to AccuWeather, temperature in most of the districts of Punjab is likely to fall once again due to thunderstorm.

Jalandhar is expected to record lowest temperature- 4°C on January 22 and 5°C on January 23.

Ludhiana is expected to record lowest temperature- 3°C on January 22 and 5°C on January 23.

Kapurthala is expected to record lowest temperature- 10°C on January 22 and 4°C on January 23.

Amritsar is expected to record lowest temperature- 9°C on January 22 and 4°C on January 23.

Gurdaspur is expected to record lowest temperature- 10°C on January 22 and 5°C on January 23.

Notably, in most districts of Punjab, the minimum temperature is expected to drop to single digits after the predicted thunderstorms. Hence, it can be said that cold wave is likely to rebound in Punjab.
