

Chaos erupts at a Bharat Petroleum pump located in Raowali village in Jalandhar when a woman driving a Thar SUV assaulted a petrol pump employee. As per the reports the conflict stemmed from a misunderstanding where the petrol pump employee mistakenly filled the Thar with petrol instead of diesel. After learning about mix-up the women got agitated and started to assault the employee. The entire incident was captured on the CCTV cameras at the petrol pump.
Following the attack, the injured employee, Jatin Kapoor was taken to the a nearby hospital by his colleagues for medical assistance. The police were also informed about the incident. Jatin Kapoor, a resident of Raowali village, talking about the incident says that he works at the Bharat Petroleum petrol pump in Raowali village and that women had come to get her Thar fueled up. He further tells that, at the time of fueling the woman was busy on her phone and the employee had asked her whether the car ran on petrol or diesel, to which the woman had answered petrol. After fuel of worth Rs 200-300 was filled in the car, the employee got to know that the car was a diesel-run vehicle, after which he immediately admitted his mistake and asked the woman to park the car aside, explaining that wrong fuel had been put in. He explained that the fuel can be drained out and he apologized for his mistake.
Talking about what happened next, Jatin says, the woman got out of her car and started to abuse him verbally and later a physical altercation started. She then called her associates to the scene who then beat up the employee brutally. Jatin further alleges that the woman also took his mobile phone and cash away. After this altercation the woman was took to the civil hospital. Allegedly he was also threatened to not pursue the case further. The employee now demands strict action and an investigation into this assault case against the culprits.
