The residents and citizens of Punjab will witness thunderstorms, rainfall, and gusty winds on June 22, Sunday, and June 23, Monday, according to the latest update by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).

According to the latest update, there are no chances of rainfall or thunderstorms in the upcoming days, and it is to be noted that there will be no relief from the scorching conditions.

During this time, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has announced that a yellow alert will be issued for the next four to five days, which means certain areas of the state might witness strong winds along with light to moderate rainfall.

As per the IMD's recent sub-division-wise warnings, Punjab will see thunderstorms with lightning and squalls on April 18 and 19. There are no warnings for April 16, 17, or 20.
