Full Fat dairy products- Butter, cheese, whole milk contains saturated fat which contributes to high cholesterol.

Oils- Coconut oil, palm oil etc are high in saturated fat.

Baked food- like cookies, cakes, pastries etc. generally contains saturated and unhealthy fat.

Processed Meats- Like Bacon, sausage, etc. are high in saturated fat and sodium.

Fried Food items- Like French fries, doughnuts etc. cood in unhealthy oil leads to increase in cholesterol level.
