Pakistan vs UAE Asia Cup 2025 Toss has been delayed. Pakistan was slated to lock horns with UAE on Wednesday. The toss was slated to take place at 7:30 pm IST in the evening. However, it has already been past 7:30 pm and Pak vs UAE Asia Cup 2025 Toss has no update. As per reports, Pakistani Cricket Team is still at the team hotel and have refused to come to the stadium. Asian Cricket Council (ACC) had lodged a complaint to the ICC and had demanded to remove former Zimbabwean cricketer Andy Pycroft as match referee.

The ACC is currently headed by PCB Chief Mohsin Naqvi who is also Pakistan's Interior Minister. For the unversed, Pakistan was humiliated by Team India both during the game with bat & ball and after the match with no handshake.

Following this, they wrote to ICC complaining about the game not being played in a Spirit of Cricket. Pakistan whose currently player Faheem Ashraf had shared a derogatory post on India's anti-terror operation named Operation Sindoor. However, neither the Pakistani players nor the PCB thought about sportsmanship or spirit of cricket that time.

Pakistan to play Asia Cup 2025 match against UAE?

Well, ACC's latest post on X indeed dropped a hint on this. ACC on X at 7:33 pm wrote, "All to play for, all on the line for Pakistan & UAE. It's do-or-die for both sides, with the winner moving on and the other bowing out of the tournament."

A video has also been posted that Pakistan Cricket Team has left for the stadium from hotel.

Why the delay?

As per Cricbuzz, the PCB requested the Asia Cup organisers to postpone the UAE-Pakistan match by an hour - hoping to get a positive outcome in the talks. The team has now left the hotel and is on the way to the ground. Further developments awaited.
