Pfizer anxious to vaccinate India, but the government delays

The American multinational pharmaceutical corporation is displaying initiative.

Pfizer is in talks with the Indian government to get its yetunregistered vaccine approved via an “expedited approval pathway”.

It is pertinent to note that the CEO Albert Bourla claimsthat the application of the vaccine was submitted months ago.

The CEO further donated $70 million worth of medicines tohelp the world in this time of need.

Given the facts, the Indian government must answer to itspeople as to the reason for delay when the nation is facing shortage ofvaccines.
