After model Gehna Vashisth stepped in the huddle tosupport to arrested businessman Raj Kundra in the pornography case, Bollywoodsinger Mika Singh also showed empathy towards the alleged key conspirator inthe case.
The singer has shared his stance while talking topaparazzi in Mumbai on the porn racket case, which came into the limelight on July19 late night, and asserted that he has seen one of the movies on Raj’s apps.
Mr. Mika has also called the nabbed Kundra a ‘nice guy'.He has further claimed that his knowledge regarding the app and content isnegligible, he has seen one of Raj’s other apps though.
"I think he's a nice guy, Raj Kundra. Ab dekhte haikya sach hai aur kya jhoot hai jo court hi bata sakta hai. (The court willdecide what's right and what's wrong)," Mika added.
"Maintoh wait hi kar raha hoon ke kya hoga. Let's see. Jo bhi hoga acha hoga, mujheitna knowledge nahi hai unke app ke baare mein. Maine ek app dekhi thi, wosimple app thi. Zyada kuch tha nahi uske andar so let's hope for the best(Whatever happens, will be for the good. I don't have much knowledge about hisapp. I have seen one of his apps and that was simple, wasn't anything init)," he said.
Reiteratinghere, the Crime Branch Mumbai on Monday night had booked businessman and actorShilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra for his alleged involvement in the creation andpublication of porn films on apps.
The MumbaiPolice have booked the case under sections 420 (cheating), 34 (commonintention), 292 and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays)of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) besides relevant sections of the IT Act and theIndecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
“There was acase registered with the Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 about the creation ofpornographic films and publishing them through some apps. We’ve arrested Mr. RajKundra in this case on 19/7/21 as he appears to be the key conspirator of this.We have sufficient evidences regarding this,” the Mumbai police commissionersaid in a statement late Monday night.
