A man was seriously injured in a road accident on Sunday night near Chick Chick road in Jalandhar and according to information the motorcyclist lost control of his bike near Chick Chick house and crashed directly into an electric pole on the roadside and according to reports the impact was very strong and the man fell onto the road and became unconscious on the spot.
Eyewitnesses said the injured man was not in a condition to speak after the accident and seeing this a passerby who was crossing the area immediately stopped to help, checked the man’s phone and used it to call his family.
The passerby informed the man’s wife about the accident and soon after the man’s son and other family members reached the spot and identified the injured person as Bittu who is a resident of Basti Sheikh in Jalandhar.
Family members said they were shocked and panicked when they received the call and they rushed to the location without delay and then took the injured man to a nearby hospital for treatment.
