Rhea Chakraborty pens heartfelt for someone dear who succumbed to Covid

The coronavirus pandemic has claimed many lives and it has not spared Bollywood actors and their relatives too. Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty on Friday penned a heartfelt note to bereave the demise of her ‘uncle’ Col S Suresh Kumar VSM, who succumbed to Covid complications on May 1.

 

Rhea shared the note on her Instagram handle and wrote in appreciation for her uncle, who passed away at 52.

 

“A renowned orthopaedic surgeon, a decorated officer, a loving father and a wonderful human being,” Rhea wrote.

 

The Jalebi actress also called his deceased uncle a ‘real-life hero’ and said his ‘legacy will remain forever’.

Rhea’s father retired Lt. Col. Indrajit Chakraborty served as a doctor in the army for over 20 years. From her mournful post, it could be anticipated that she and her dad shared a close bond with late Col Suresh.

Through her post, Rhea has also asked her followers to stay home as a precautionary measure against Covid-19 as Covid does not see good or bad.
