International Kabaddi player Sandeep Nangal Ambiya was shot dead during a Kabaddi Match in Jalandhar on March 14. Now, Punjab police have been investigating the matter. Though they have solved the case till now they have not publicly declared the names of the murderers behind the case.
According to sources, Puneet, a resident of Aman Nagar Jalandhar was involved in this case. He was also involved in the murder of Tinku and ex-councilor Sukhmeet Singh Dupty. He used the same colour car in all three murder cases. In the murder of Sukhmeet Singh Dupty and Sandeep Nangal, the common thing was both were shot on their heads and more than 20 rounds were fired on their chest.
Apart from Puneet’s car, there was another car was spotted near the tournament. According to the information, that car was kept as a backup plan during Sandeep Nangal’s murder. In the car, there was a backup team to help Puneet and his gang to escape in case of any problem.
In the murder cases of Sandeep and Dupty, Gurgaon sharpshooter Vikas Mahale was involved along with Puneet and Lalli. Narinder Sharda, famously known as Lalli is a close friend of Puneet. These 3 culprits used the same route to escape as it was used during Dupty’s murder.
IPS officer, SSP Jalandhar Rural Satinder Pal Singh said, “Until all the culprits are not arrested till that time they will not publicly declare the names behind Sandeep Nangal’s murder.”

Earlier, Punjab Police have successfully arrested the four individuals Fateh Singh alias Yuvraj, a resident of Sangrur; Kaushal Chaudhary of Naharpur Roopa in Gurugram Haryana; Amit Dagar of village Maheshpur Palvan in Haryana; Simranjeet Singh alias Jujhar Singh alias gangster of village Madhopur Pilibhit, UP.
