A video showing police officers drinking in an ambulance in the Hoshiarpur area of Punjab has surfaced. After the video reached the senior officials on social media and they saw it, a departmental inquiry has been launched.
However, it is unknown to which police station the police men are assigned. The ambulance is property of the Hoshiarpur Central Jail. While the exact date and creator of this film are unknown, they are being investigated at the departmental level.
The ambulance can be seen driving on the road at night in the footage. There are 3 people seated at the back seat. Out of them, two police officers and a red T-shirted individual can be seen. While the other employee gives him something to eat, one worker is sipping from a glass.
