Jalandhar registers 71 new corona cases, 18 belongs to Indian Army

Health Department team are in a state of shock to see so many patients coming together

Jalandhar is struggling to curb the surge in cases of Coronavirus. On July 5 till 5 pm, Jalandhar registered a total of 71 new cases. With these 71 patients, corona patient toll in Jalandhar district stands on 891. 

Health Department team are in a state of shock to see so many patients coming together. Whats highlighting is 18 of these patients are from the Indian Army while 17 patients are from Makhdumupa alone.

Apart from this, other patients are from Chhota Ali Mohalla, Gadaipur, Kandola Kalan, Nanak Village Jamsher, Liddadand, Lohian Khas, Suchi Pind, Basti Mittu, New Deol Nagar, Model House, Pims Hospital, Gulab Devi Road, Ajit Nagar, Basti Bawa Khel, Kazi Mohalla, Surya Enclave, Mithapur, and other areas.

While on Saturday, a total of 54 cases were registered.
