Pakistan in more trouble with US seeking reports on jets used for Feb 27 misadventure

With India providing 'solid' evidence on the usage of F-16 fighter jet by Pakistan, the trouble for the neighbour country doesn't seem to end as US is now seeking a detailed reports on the jets used for the Feb 27 misadventure in the Indian air space. US is putting pressure on Pakistan to know whether F-16 fighter jet was used or not.

Pakistan has come under diplomatic woes as it is under violation of 'end user' code and abuse of F-16 if they have used it.

"We take all allegations of misuse of defence articles very seriously," said the US spokesperson from Pakistan Embassy. 

"We are aware of these reports and are seeking more information," he added.

The officials from BJP have also reportedly quoted saying that the further investigation and proceedings are going as per India's presented facts.

An Indian Government official on the condition of anonymity said, "Pakistan's double speak and hesitation is palpable. They are denying using F-16. But are they specifying which other plane was used. The season of trouble seems to have started." 

"This is a huge and remarkable success for India. As a student of international relations I can say that the Government of India's achievement in making the world see its actions in proper perspective is remarkable," said a senior BJP leader.
