India records highest COVID recoveries beats the US: Health Ministry

A total number of 8,81,911 samples were tested on Friday, reports ICMR. India is the second-worst hit country by Coronavirus. The recovery rate is high as compared to the other nations making it up to 79.28 percent. On average, there are 90,000 new cases coming up daily.

In the last 24 hours, a 95,885 number of people have recovered from the Coronavirus infection. According to the Health Ministry's data, India's total COVID tally has reached 53 lakh with 93,337 new cases today and 1,247 deaths.
