Three time IPL winners CSK, MI to lock horns

Mumbai Indians will be looking to bolstering their probability to qualify for the playoffs

Chennai: Standing on a winning voyage Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will be facing arch rival Mumbai Indians (MI) on Friday at the M.A. Chidambaram stadium.

While Mumbai Indians will be looking to bolstering their probability to qualify for the playoffs, on the other hand Chennai Super Kings will be looking to remain on the top of the points table to play the qualifiers on their home ground.

When it comes to the home ground of CSK, then in the last 18 matches they have lost only once and that too by the MI in 2015.

When it comes to bowling of MI, surprisingly Hardik Pandya has made hard for the CSK batsman to score runs against him. His two three wicket haul has came against the CSK. Lasith Malinga has teken maximum number of wickets (26) against CSK. While for the CSK Dwyane Bravo has picked most number of wickets (28) against MI.

When it comes to the batting department, Suresh Raina ha scored maximum runs against MI. For MI, skipper Rohit Sharma has struck a total of 619 runs against CSK
