Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann conducted a press conference in Chandigarh on Monday to talk about the Industrial growth and development in Punjab. During the press conference CM Mann revealed how much investment has Punjab received till now and how the youths will be benefitted from it. He also talked about big industries setting up their units in Punjab which will give the state a major push in terms of Industrial growth.
Punjab CM Mann while talking about Industrial development in state said that during the rule of Aam Aadmi Party, the state has received total investment of Rs. 38,175 crores. He further added that it is a great news for the youths as total 243148 youth will get employment.
The Chief Minister while addressing media also assured that major industries will come in the Investment Summit Punjab program that is to be held at Mohali. He added that a single window system is being provided for setting up industries. This means that someone purchasing land for investment will get all the NOCs within 10 days. He also assured that the industries that were earlier situated in Punjab but had gone from the state will also be brought back to the state.
