Generation Iron reported that Ahmo Hight died on August 29. It is said that Ahmo Hight may have suffered a fall but didn't go to the hospital. However, Ahmo Hight's cause of death has not been revealed yet. Ahmo Hight was a well-known fitness model and starred in an edition of Ironman magazine in 1996. Notably, Ahmo Hight rose to prominence when she won Ms. Fitness USA and Ms. Fit Body Bay Area in 1994. Not only this, Ahmo Hight also appeared in TV movies, reality programs such as the VH1 program Real Chance of Love, and commercials.
