Air India flight gets cancelled in Punjab; passengers get angry after 6-hour-wait

On Saturday, 16^th November, the Air India (AI) Express flight from Amritsar to Dubai named Flight IX-191 was cancelled. This flight was parked on the runway of Sri Guru Ramdas Ji International Airport in Punjab. Unfortunately, the flight got cancelled at 1 midnight.

All the passengers in the flight were sitting for almost about 6 hours waiting for the plane to take-off. When passengers got to know about the cancellation, they got angry.

Air India Express flight number IX-191 was scheduled to take off from Amritsar airport at around 7 pm on Saturday. Passengers reached the airport on time and also checked in. The passengers were seated in the flight about 1 hour before of the take-off time, around 6 pm.
