Ajay Devgn to reveal his first look as freedom fighter on his birthday,April 2

SS Rajamouli and the RRR team are set to reveal the first look of Ajay Devgn as a freedom fighter from the period drama on his birthday, following Alia Bhatt and Ram Charan.

Last year, on Ram Charan's birthday, the RRR team released a special teaser to introduce Alluri Sitarama Raju to the public. They had intended to release a special birthday teaser of Jr.character NTR's in May of last year, but the plan was postponed due to the ongoing pandemic.In 2021, SS Rajamouli continued the trend of introducing audiences to the world of RRR by releasing the first look of Alia Bhatt as Sita from the film on March 13, followed by the release of Ram Charan's poster on his birthday.Last year, on Ram Charan's birthday, the RRR team released a special teaser to introduce Alluri Sitarama Raju to the public. Recently a source from RRR team revealed “The team of RRR will continue the tradition of introducing their character of their cast to the audience on their birthday. On April 2, which marks 52nd birthday for Ajay Devgn, the team will unveil his look from the film as a birthday gift for the fans. A lot of secrecy has been maintained around Ajay’s character all through the last one year, and there have been no leaked images around his look as well. Finally, the makers feel, it’s the right time to bring out Devgn’s character in front of the audience”.




Ajay plays a role of freedom fighter in the film, and his track gives the appropriate soul and build-up to the drama in this period drama.Despite short in terms of duration, it is one of the film's most memorable roles, and when Rajamouli offered the role to Ajay, the actor graciously accepted. 
It is said to be one of the most expensive Indian films of all time, with a Pan-India release scheduled for Dussehra this year. By pitting Ram Charan and Jr. NTR against each other, it is said to be the biggest casting coup in Telugu cinema history. The film is in the final stages of production and is scheduled to be completed by the end of April, after which the two leads will move on to their respective professional careers.
