In a horrible experience, a man found alive-rat inside a packet of bread he ordered from the online delivery app BlinkIt. The man took to Twitter and called out BlinkIt app over the issue. Furthermore, he shared the horrible experience he had to face in the BlinkIt alive rat break packet. The customer, identified as Nitin Arora, utilised delivery application to get immediate delivery of the food item. However, the package has now made him afraid for the rest of his life. As soon as he shared his horrible experience, BlinkIt alive rate bread packet photo went viral in no time and netizens started slamming the online grocery delivery app.
Nitin took to his Twitter handle and wrote, "Most unpleasant experience with @letsblinkit , where alive rat was delivered inside the bread packet ordered on 1.2.23. This is alarming for all of us. If 10 minutes delivery has such baggage, @blinkitcares I would rather wait for a few hours than take such items.#blinkit #zomato". The tweet also included a screenshot of his interaction with the online application's customer support team. The executive from Blinkit promised the client throughout the brief exchange that the problem had been raised for internal inquiry. While doing so, the executive also apologized for the inconvenience suffered by the consumer. BlinkIt in its response wrote, "Hi Nitin, this is not the experience we wanted you to have.
